Ingredients

  • 4 bunches grapes, 15 to 20 each
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, 4 to 5-inches long
  • 2 whole scallions, 4 to 5-inches long
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

1.  Preheat grill. Decrease heat to medium-high.

2.  Weave rosemary sprigs and scallions into each bunch of grapes. Coat grapes with cooking spray.

3.  Place on heated grill and cook two minutes per side, turning grapes once grill marks appear and some skins start to split. Remove from grill and serve.

Yield: 4 servings
